How To

To order any of the items on our site, please follow the below steps. If you have any trouble with this process, please contact us immediately for assistance..

1. Find the products you wish to order by browsing our online catalogue or using our search facility. To add items to your shopping cart, simply click the icon next to the title you are interested in.


2. The basket page will appear displaying the items you have selected. To alter quantities or remove items, simply change the number in the quantity field and click re-calculate.


3. To add more items to your cart, click the home button and follow steps one and two again to select the titles you wish to order. All of the items you previously added to your cart have been saved for you to return to later. You can return to your basket at any time by clicking on the icon that is now present in the top left corner of the web page.


4. Once you are happy with the items you wish to order, click the Finalise Order button on the basket page and you will be directed to enter your payment and address details on via our secure servers.

Returns Policy

We guarantee the learning resources listed. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase it can be returned with the Delivery Advice copy within 14 days for a full refund, credit note or replacement as per your request. Please note DVD's, CD Rom's and Disks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Items must be returned in an original, clean, and saleable condition. Return shipping costs not included.
