Standard Shipping

For single item orders a shipping fee of $12.50 (plus GST) is charged, to cover delivery via registered post throughout Australia. For subsequent items on the same order a $2.00 (plus GST) fee is charged per item.

For heijunka products please note shipping is included in the unit price (Free Inter Store Australia).

For orders of 15 items or more, please contact us to discuss relevant shipping costs.

Shipping charges to New Zealand (or other countries) are invoiced at cost.

Optional Shipping

Overnight express service is available (Express Post Platinum, bag or parcel) and is charged at cost only. Please contact us to discuss relevant shipping costs.

Despatching

• Australian orders normally delivered within three working days.
• New Zealand orders normally within 1-2 weeks.
• You will be advised of any items not available immediately and an estimate of delivery time.
• Part order despatches can be made with your authority.
