WORKSHOPS
Learning and Productivity have developed a range of two and three hour workshops to assist SME's,
each incorporating practical hands-on tools and techniques, delivered in an
engaging and easy to understand style.
Typically these are delivered in-house, in conjunction with Business Associations, Industry
Groups, Federal and State Government or Regional development departments.
QUICK AND EASY INNOVATION Although nearly every progressive company is implementing some form of improvement method, very few are successful in
supporting continuous improvement.
Continuous improvement is improvement in small amounts carried out in every job and
function of the business eventually accumulating into very large gains.
Quick & Easy Innovation is the most effective and powerful way to implement a practical and sustainable continuous improvement system.
There is no relation between Quick & Easy and a traditional suggestion system. Quick & Easy is designed to encourage everyone in your organization to look for improvement ideas every day and to be responsible for their implementation.
As a result they will make their work easier, make their work more interesting, improve their work environment and improve their capabilities, knowledge and skills.
Companies successful with a Quick & Easy system are implementing many more ideas per year per employee versus the typical suggestion system of one idea every seven years!
Quick & Easy can be applied to virtually any company in any industry that is putting an emphasis on developing the talent of their people.
