Background / Experiences: Brenton has worked with SME's across a wide industry base applying his practical experiences and approaches to business planning, marketing and productivity improvement. Coach and licensed teacher of The Harada Method.
He has managed and judged National and State Business Awards including the Telstra and Australian Govt’s Small
Business of the Year Awards and the Telstra Business Women’s Awards as well as the SA Advanced Manufacturer of the
Year Awards, the SA Toolmaking Business of the Year Awards and Innovators to Watch Awards.
Brenton has developed a number of tools and techniques to assist SME's including 'Visual Planning' and the 'Simulate>Lean>Apply' program. He has also developed and presents on 'Fitness and Focus for Business Improvement', 'Developing Business Plans for SME's', 'Implementing the Plan and Putting things into Action', 'Managing your Business through Stormy Weather' and 'Increasing Productivity for more Profit'.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Business (Marketing Major), Ass.Dip Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technicians Certificate, Winner of Ray Molloy Prize for Business Strategy Studies.
